How is the pasta delivered to ensure it stays fresh?
Our pasta and sauces are shipped in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure they remain at the perfect temperature until they reach your doorstep.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We pride ourselves on using only the finest ingredients, sourcing our flour and eggs from high-quality Italian producers and local farms to maintain an authentic Nonna-approved taste.
How long does the pasta last once it arrives?
Since our pasta is freshly made without preservatives, it should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 3 days of delivery. Most of our products are also suitable for freezing.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Yes, flexibility is key. You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, provided it is done before your weekly cutoff time.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
We currently offer a rotating menu that frequently includes vegetarian options. While we are working on gluten-free recipes, please check the weekly menu for specific allergen information.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
If your order doesn't arrive within the expected window, please contact our support team immediately. Because our products are perishable, we will prioritize a replacement or refund for you.
